RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Deliveries may take up to 2-7 business days. Due to high rush, there might be a delay. We are doing everything to get your order delivered on time, we appreciate your patience and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

    Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

    1. Orders can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    2. Items purchased during sale are non-returnable.
    3. Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
    4. Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
    5. The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
    6. All items returned go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be informed to you via an email within 1 business day from receiving the return consignment. You can write to us on care@refindmen.com.

    7. We have two options for processing returns-

      1. Store Credit- For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.

      2. Bank Refund- We refund the amount in your bank account. We need the following details- name, account number, IFSC code, Bank name, and branch name to process the refund. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE

       

      All refunds are processed within 15 days of successful reverse pickup.
